The staff are very nice, helpful and kind. The food is great and the machines are checked when there's a problem they will put a sign on that says out of order or do not use. Also personal trainers are decent and nice to whom they are training. I don't see the trainees upset at all. Gym overall: Well looked after, swimming pool clean, equipment is good enough to do what you came to do. I hope everyone reading this will have a great day and workout at the gym. 💪

Staff are always friendly and willing to put a last order in even if it means they have to work late and food very delicious. Thank you guys for looking after us. We do appreciate what you do.

Very nice service. Even if I was there to claim a free smooth compliments of Vodacom Shake. The shake was expected to be sweeter with the Berry but had a more peanut butter tast. Was very nice though
